This oil has a prominent fruity, green but mellow and smooth, taste. I like it for hummus and dipping bread. I recommend this olive oil for those wanting a more flavorful and and interesting oil.

There is not one olive oil produced by Heraclea that passes one's lips that will not leave you knowing the difference, in a full sensory experience. Since imbibing in the very first Early Harvest and moving along with their offerings, it is the only olive oil in the pantry and stove side. It has been gifted to friends and family over the years, continuing. Of course when you find a company that is exceptional in product, communication, sincerity, and love of the art one is rendered helpless and MUST pass it on. So glad I purchased this bundle. The cookbook is fantastic and full of great photos of the dishes. Love the olive oil especially the early harvest. Wish they came with a spigot for easier pouring but I added one of my own. My Turkish partner was so happy with this bundle.
