For my heart-healthy diet selection of Heraclea EVOO has been the best decision since my heart attack. We use both the Spring and Autumn harvested oils because of the variety of tastes they present in any salad, meats, bread and toast, etc. We also use the herb & spice infused oils as well for even greater variety AND health. I buy regularly from them. I don't want to run out of these jewels-in-the-rough EVOOs!

Until now, I’d mostly seen olive oil producers promote their “Early Harvest” varieties. So when I came across a black bottle of Heraclea labeled “Mature Harvest,” I was skeptical about how it would taste. To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the finest olive oils I’ve ever experienced.
As an olive oil enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous NYIOOC award winners from Portugal, Croatia, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Tunisia — yet I can confidently say that Heraclea’s quality, balance, and freshness surpass many of them. It has an exceptionally rich character with remarkable depth and elegance that truly stands out.
