- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz honey syrup (optional for slight sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp Heraclea Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
- Ice
- Lemon twist and a small rosemary sprig for garnish

- Prepare the honey syrup (optional):
- Combine equal parts honey and warm water in a small container.
- Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Let it cool before using.
- Mix the Martini:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
