At Heraclea doing less means caring more. We step back and allow nature to run its course, using methods that honor our land and traditions. Producing this way means that we care deeply about every step of the process, from first press to the last drop.

Groves

Where the magic happens.

Your senses turn on the minute you enter our grove. The sun shining through the leaves and the smell...a mixture of earthy and woodsy and sun-drenched all at once. Each day we tend to the trees, using traditional methods that promote healthy soil and protect the abundance of our land. This often means there’s more work involved, but at the end of the day, when we’re gathered around the table, it’s always worth it.

Harvest

Ready when the olives are. 

At Heraclea, we believe in allowing nature to run its course. So our harvest is as much about patience as it is about the end product. At their peak we collect our Memecik varietal olive–an olive known for its strong fruity aroma of olive leaf, chicory, green apple and banana.

Mills

Process over perfection. 

Once the olives are harvested, we deliver them to our mills to be pressed and turned into olive oil. We strive for minimal interference with nature, so we don’t add any stabilizers, chemicals, or additives to our oil.

Certification

Good to go…on everything. 

Our olive oil has earned a Protected Designation of Origin certification–a designation that ensures the integrity of our product and production process.. So after it's pressed and filtered, our olive oil is certified at the highest standards.

Dynamic and rich–perfect for drizzling and dipping. Our Early and Mature Harvest olive oils find their complement in one another, striking a balance that celebrates the life-force of our favorite fruit.
