I love Heraclea olive oils, especially the Lemon & The Garlic infuse ones. I also use the mature olive olive oil for all bread dipping. Heraclea olive oils are rich & butter & non bitter. I haven't been a real fan of olive oils due to the taste but I sure hit the jackpot with the Heraclea oils!!

I really enjoyed the flavor of this oil - very earthy. I actually used it on a turkey breast I roasted in the oven and it gave the turkey a great flavor. It is also good as a bread dip for naan bread.
