- 4-6 cups shishito peppers
- 2-3 tsp Mature Harvest olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp Za’atar Seasoning
- In a large cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the peppers, stirring every few minutes, until blistered and soft, about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Toss the peppers with the sea salt, za’atar and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
