Heraclea’s Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from unripe Memecik olives, hand-harvested at the start of the season on our family groves in Milas, Turkey. Cold-pressed within hours, this oil is grassy, green, and distinctly peppery—the kind of flavor that stands out on its own.

The taste of the olive oil brought me back to my childhood. Fresh bread some olive in a bowl and my mother would pour the olive oil into it. The wonderful aroma and the delicious flavor is amazing.

This is my go to olive oil. The flavor is so fresh and pure it's incredible. I've been using it to dip bread and drizzling it of a variety of dishes. Truly the best olive oil I've purchased. I also appreciate the sleek bottle - I just leave it out on my counter. It's so elegant!
