One of the greatest cookbooks I’ve found for Turkish food. It has recipes that my grandmother use to make that I can’t find anywhere else! Unfortunately she is no longer with us and her breadth of knowledge but this cook books brings me a little closer to home

This Turkish cook book is a dream! It is organized really well. It has pictures and the content is amazing. It helps my American husband who wants to learn more Turkish cooking and having both Turkish and English names help me put it in context of which of my childhood foods we’re looking at. A must have!

I loved the book and so many wonderful recipes I found in the book. Türkiye is beautiful country with so many different flavors and so many cultures that makes it. But could use some pictures and stories of what makes it unique.
