We made this one with friends. Diaspora Co.'s Hawaij Masala — turmeric, cumin, cardamom, black pepper — whisked into our Mature Harvest EVOO with honey and garlic, poured over carrots, and roasted hot until the edges go dark and caramelized. Crumbled feta, fresh mint, and toasted pine nuts finish it. A side dish that refuses to act like one — put it next to anything off the grill and watch it get eaten first.
