I have given Heraclea olive oil to my nearly-professional-chef son-in-law three times at this point. He speaks very highly of its quality and versatility, using the unflavored oil for cooking and salad dressings, and the flavored ones for dipping bread. He also greatly appreciated receiving the spout, which is a great convenience. The cookbook of Turkish recipes has been used often, with great results. I only wish that the oil was available in larger-sized containers. I like to benefit from economies of scale.

I love the taste of this olive oil on particular because it’s rich and aromatic! I use it for all my Mediterranean recipes! I love Turkish food so I bought the Turkish recipe book and experiment and Heracles gives me the experience I am looking for! It’s just “ harika!”.

One of the greatest cookbooks I’ve found for Turkish food. It has recipes that my grandmother use to make that I can’t find anywhere else! Unfortunately she is no longer with us and her breadth of knowledge but this cook books brings me a little closer to home
