Blistered Shishito Peppers in Za’atar - Heraclea Food Co

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups shishito peppers
  • 2-3 tsp Mature Harvest olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Za’atar Seasoning

Steps

  1. In a large cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the peppers, stirring every few minutes, until blistered and soft, about 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Toss the peppers with the sea salt, za’atar and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
