Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup (optional for slight sweetness)
  • 1/4 tsp Heraclea Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist and a small rosemary sprig for garnish

Steps

  1. Prepare the honey syrup (optional):
    • Combine equal parts honey and warm water in a small container.
    • Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
    • Let it cool before using.
  2. Mix the Martini:
    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
    • Add the gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, honey syrup (if using), and Heraclea Rosemary Infused Olive Oil.
    • Shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Strain and Serve:
    • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
    • Garnish with a lemon twist and a small rosemary sprig (optional).

  • Ensure your ingredients, especially the gin and vermouth, are of high quality. 
  • Adjust the amount of lemon juice and honey syrup to balance the flavors per your preference.
  • Shake the cocktail well to properly mix and chill all ingredients.
