I love Heraclea olive oils, especially the Lemon & The Garlic infuse ones. I also use the mature olive olive oil for all bread dipping. Heraclea olive oils are rich & butter & non bitter. I haven't been a real fan of olive oils due to the taste but I sure hit the jackpot with the Heraclea oils!!

What a wonderful gift! We taste tested the flavored olive oil and all of it was exceptional! My personal favorite was the lemon infused olive oil; my husband's, the rosemary, my son in law's. After that, we taste tested the mature and early harvest olive oil against what was in the house. Heraclea won out! Wonderful flavor! We will be buying your product again!
