There is not one olive oil produced by Heraclea that passes one's lips that will not leave you knowing the difference, in a full sensory experience. Since imbibing in the very first Early Harvest and moving along with their offerings, it is the only olive oil in the pantry and stove side. It has been gifted to friends and family over the years, continuing. Of course when you find a company that is exceptional in product, communication, sincerity, and love of the art one is rendered helpless and MUST pass it on.
