This oil has a prominent fruity, green but mellow and smooth, taste. I like it for hummus and dipping bread. I recommend this olive oil for those wanting a more flavorful and and interesting oil.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this oil - very earthy. I actually used it on a turkey breast I roasted in the oven and it gave the turkey a great flavor. It is also good as a bread dip for naan bread.
